The slopes of the Giant Mountains within reach
Enjoy winter fun in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains! Near the hotel, you will find the gentle slopes of Imlaufův and Kebrlův kopec, ideal for less experienced skiers or families with children. For more demanding athletes, there is the renowned Herlíkovice–Bubákov resort, which can be easily reached by a free ski bus. There are 12 kilometres of attractive slopes here that will delight even very experienced skiers. Ski schools and professional instructors are a matter of course and can be found in almost every resort.
For more experiences, head to Špindlerův Mlýn, the most famous Czech mountain resort, the family-friendly Černý Důl, or the picturesque Benecko resort, nicknamed the ‘Air Spa,’ which is popular with families and lovers of a quieter atmosphere.
Vejsplachy Running Area
Discover the magic of cross-country skiing in Vrchlabí and the surrounding area thanks to the network of groomed trails on the NaBěžky website. This network offers more than 20 kilometres of varied circuits that will satisfy both beginners and experienced cross-country skiers. The trails are regularly groomed and include both natural and artificially snow-covered sections. For lovers of evening skiing, there is a lit trail with a length of approximately 2 kilometres.
If you would like to try other trails, we recommend heading to Benecko or Horní Mísečky.
Opening at the end of 2022, it offers the ideal combination of sport, entertainment and relaxation. Here you will find a modern 25-metre swimming pool with four lanes, a pleasant temperature of 27.5 °C and a depth of 1.2–1.6 metres, which will delight both recreational and fitness swimmers.
For those who love to relax, there is a 32 °C pool equipped with attractions such as a wild river, bubble and massage benches. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs also invite you to relax completely.
Families with children have not been forgotten either – there is a paddling pool with a squirting hedgehog and a slide, as well as a training pool for children with a depth of up to 1 metre. After swimming, the steam cabin is a welcome addition, pleasantly warming the whole body.
